What is Nutrition Coaching? Is it Right for Me?
Health and fitness professionals are lucky to work in a field that can positively impact the lives of many. Nutrition and healthy eating can be the most confusing. A Nutrition Coach can provide a plan and tools you need and guide you through the process of getting healthier and living your best life. There is no “one size fits all” nutrition plan. You need one put together specifically for you.
My Approach
The only nutrition program that works is the one the client is committed to following. I can design a very good plan but if you, the client, is not ready to take it seriously, no plan will ever work
Honest Results
Accountability from both Nutrition Coach and client is key to produce results. Nutrition Coach should periodically assess and adjust program with client. Client should report accurately whatever determined in the program: journaling, entering results on app, basically providing the data Nutrition Coach needs to implement the program. If both parties work together, results will follow.
